Music video questionnaire.
With the main product being the music video I decided to make a simple questionnaire and ask as many people as possible to watch my music video then fill it in. I made questions easy to understand and chose questions which will be useful for me to know for future involvement in media products. I managed to receive 7 peoples feedback from the questionnaire and here is the questionnaire I asked them to complete after watching the music video.
