Audience feedback sheet.

I have sent out the first page from the 'Ideas from my music video' presentation to gather audience feedback. I have decided to delete the characters section as i know i want to use 1 male character and 1 female character in my music video. I have still kept the other three selections which are props, location/settings and costumes. I have asked the audience to circle just one of the words for each section on the page because then i can get more precise answers from my audience. The reason for sending out this feedback sheet is to gather information on what the audience want to see in my music video as i am catering for them.
