Work guideline.

This is the minimal amount of work we need to do for our a2 media studies music video, including, planning, production and evaluation.

Planning
-         Research into existing music videos, styles and theories.
-         Researching to brand identity – video, digi pack, website, how the three texts work together.
-         My stuff:
o       Song choice, annotate lyrics – possibilities and ideas,
o       Annotate by audience,
o       Mood boards – camera angles, settings and locations, other mise-en-scene,
o       Audience circles their mood board choices.
o       Story board music video – draw, still photos, Google images.
o       Story board 30-60 seconds of video.
o       Include detailed camera and character movements.
-         How to create own brand identity – colors, setting, costume,

Production
-         Image collection and stages of drafting for all 3.
-         Digi pack – sketched image – photoshop – text.
-         Video – upload screen shots of progress.
-         Website – sketched drawing.

Evaluation
4 questions:
-         Conventions.
-         What you learn from audience feedback.
-         About brand identity – combining/linking.
-         Media technologies used throughout production – hardware, software, editing programmes, internet, cameras.
